The component adopts the top view camera when it is calibrated. It has the functions of front light, side light, backlight and online light, and can recognize various components. Such as
If the size of the component is too large and exceeds the camera's own vision (FOV), the top view camera can also be analyzed and corrected by multiple video cameras. It also have a head-mounted mobile camera on the placement head that can identify smaller components.
2.Non-stop material re-loading function.
For higher capacity, our machine support non-stop material re-loading function.
3.Suitable for most of components
It is suitable for led, capacitors,resistor,shaped components,etc.And the max size is 17 mm, the min size is 0402.

Internal parts structure of the machine
1.Conveyor:
The pcb transport organization is an ultra-thin belt transport system that is placed on the guide rail. Usually the belt is installed at the edge of the track. Its function is to send the PCB to the reserved position, and then send it to the next process.
Our conveyor transmission max length is 500 mm, the speed is more than 500mm/sec. And the direction is single(left to right or right to left). It is auto online drive.
2.High-end magnetic linear motor
The drive system is the key organization of the placement machine and the primary goal for evaluating the accuracy of the placement machine. It includes the XYZ drive layout and servo system. The function includes supporting the movement of the placement head and supporting the PCB load level.
Our multifunctional machine x axis is high-end magnetic linear motor and y axis and z axis is servo motor.

a) Those who have not received training are strictly forbidden to operate on the machine.
